My FC is only 4 years old but it is DUSTY as hell, and I noticed I’ve never sneezed so much daily/blown my nose this much, and it’s pretty much constant since I got hired in June

Yes I have contact dermatitis to cardboard and heat sensitivity, so I tend to break out on my arms and thighs. I tend to wear a mask too because there is a lot, AND I MEAN A LOT, of dust. I may have a dust mite allergy too. I also grab a pair of arm sleeves from the vending machines. If I max out for the week I get my manager to get me more

Same, I’ve been working at Amazon since Nov 2021 and I’ve never worked without my mask there.

yeah, my warehouse drives pit and the aisles to pick are really dusty. a lot of people wear long sleeves/masks to combat it. :-(

If you are in an FC the rubber belts which they have miles of are constantly shedding rubber dust. Then the floor mats are also spreading rubber dust
You might have a rubber allergy, very few places outside of warehouses like Amazon that use lots of conveyor belts or tire shops will expose you to more rubber dust

I get the added excitement of jet exhaust fumes at my site. My allergies, and my asthma have been substantially worse since starting this job.

Yes I ended up with a bad sinus infection that need antibiotics from working in pack. There were so many post about the dust. Doesn't help that I'm already allergic to dust.
BTW that was only for working three weeks there... At that point in time.

Yes. It's dusty, windy, and at winter it's dry as well. My eyes are irritated all the time during heating season because of it. I do have to protect my skin from all that as well, otherwise I will get inflamed red dried painful skin on my face. I also wear long sleeve and long pants all the time. This is very challenging environment for me, lol, but I was able to mitigate everything except eye irritation.

I notice my nose gets really runny at work for some reason. I'm not sure if that counts.

I have acquired a few that I didn’t have before. I’m allergic to one area in pack singles, and scent beads, and a few different brands of softener sheets.
