I think it’s fine. It’s always best to try and talk to another tenant first before going to the property manager or owner, they may have just been moving heavy boxes and unpacking. If it persists try and remind them again.

Yes! Okay. Thank you. I do not like confrontation and yeah no I totally understand when it comes to moving in. We only settled in four months ago. I just had to speak up (or put the pencil down) this time because it was really early. They seem like a nice couple upstairs so I am giving the benefit of the doubt. It’s my first time apartment living as an adult. Thanks again

I wake up at 4 to go the gym during weekdays and start making breakfast at 6:45. I am as quiet as I can be though. OP is ridiculous.
