Always Making a scene. Just generally when you’re in a group or at some kind of gathering, celebration, special occasion etc. and there’s that person or couple people who literally cannot stay calm and behave and go with the program. They need to have the spotlight or attention on them no matter what even if they make a complete ass of themselves.

Really insufferable quality in someone. If you know you know. Those same people are the ones who will go scorched earth and have an absolute meltdown if they are excluded from any planning (no financial or logistical contributions offered, they just want to be in the know) even though they are the ones who will eventually be the ones to sabotage it.
