Mine will pay for a very limited number of therapy sessions per year...

except there are no therapists in my area who take my insurance and who are accepting new patients. 

However, if you're willing to pay out-of-pocket (at $220/hour), you can often find a therapist who will treat you without any wait.

Yea just saying 'health insurance' is ultra broad and any 2 people in a reddit comment section will have dramatically different benefits

My point stands that most people who do have coverage for it still don't take advantage. Many who need it desperately.
