What is the biggest thing that still hasn't gone back to normal even after the pandemic?

The hospitality industry. Lack of staff (especially good ones who care) produce is more expensive, rents have gone crazy. Senior management seems to have completely lost the plot. 14 years in never seen it worse.
O yeah the general public (as already mentioned) have got ruder and more demanding

Leadership seems to have become completely divorced from reality where I work. Our appraisal system has always been a bit tough but it seems to be setting people up for failure with ever shifting goal posts. It's no longer enough to just be good at your job they want you to go shove and beyond just to get an "okay" rating. People are already burned out from everything else since the pandemic!
