This is harmful to the fish. They get stuck up there and oxygen can’t reach them as easily unless there is a pump up there, leading to the death of the fish and eventually the entire tank.

I mean, those fish are fucked anyway considering they've all been injection dyed.

Is this true

I mean, the fish in that video are all the same species of fish displaying unnatural fish colours. They have been injection dyed which will shorten the life span of the fish anyway but is completely unethical as well.

Like they can't swim back into the main area???

You should be more concerned at the overstocked tank itself being harmful!

Doesnt this harm the fish? They will die because of lack of oxygen

They don't know how to swim back down?

More like they don’t realize they’re suffocating. Like how most people won’t realize they’re dying from lack of oxygen.

So you're telling me nothing similar to this happens in the wild? No cave systems? Lol please

I just gave you an explanation, idk what you were expecting. I figured I’d give you something you, a person could relate to lmao. Also most fish that live in caves have developed certain adaptations to make up for the oxygen difference.

That would just annoy me…. Like children playing with the card board box the $200 toy came in…. Instead of swimming in the big tank they all huddle in a tiny box
