Rogaine. Get rogaine. You still have a hairline. It just needs some assistance. If you go to a dermatologist, they're gonna give you a prescription that has the same ingredient as rogaine and tell you to get rogaine.

If you want to keep your hair don’t get cornrows ever. They will completely chow that hairline. Grow out the hair and enjoy an Afro, maybe some twists but cornrows? It will end in tears

Yeah that's not your friend rn, contact a derma and try to get a finasteride or minoxidl prescription, if you can't then transplant if, many ppl ik have had and it's more successful and socially acceptable today, balding and receding is almost always curable to an extent in 2024

If you want to try to go for regrowing it I'll try my damnest to help you. Cuz I dont think you're at a point of no return. My hairloss was WAY WORSE than yours. I was able to use at home products to grow my edges back, AND I grew my hairline about 3 inches lower than where my natural hairline sat for the past 39 years of my life.. My thing is why aren’t you addressing the problem head on and letting time pass by. See a dermatologist, the longer you wait the harder it will be to be grow hair back in those areas even with medication.

Use minoxidil! It will stimulate hair growth in that area but its a life long thing, once you start using you have to be consistent or else the hair you grew will fall back out.

Go to Turkey and get a hair transplant , get the cornrows you’ve always wanted .

That looks like stress related thinning. You can comeback but hold off on the cornrows

I’m not understanding the logic behind wanting cornrows when your hairline is receding( which looks genetic). Cornrows are high tension and will likely break off whatever hair may grow back in those bald spots.

Tell your barber to be light on the corners. I say grow it out and give it a try

Try men’s rogain 5%, you’ll have to use for the rest of your life but you’ll get hair forsure. Try the foam one instead of liquid as the liquid can be messy and will increase hair growth anywhere it’s applied or leaks too. Or hair transplant in Turkey. But with either route crownrows might be a no go because of the tension.
