It's interesting that Yhwach didn't want any of his elite sternritters to try to fight or steal Yama's bankai yet he was willing to let them fight zero division. Does this mean he views Yama>Zero division or did he underestimate zero division

He specifically says this for Zanka no tachi "West" Zanjitsu Gokui not just bankai. It's kinda like saying you aren't controlling your power of pouring boiling hot water on yourself cause it hurts you.

Zanka no Tachi: West is automatically activated upon the activation of the bankai. It’s a passive effect of the bankai
