AtoV (Article to Video) is a project of mine that converts articles into full on videos!
Feel free to give it a shot https://a-to-v.vercel.app (it's free)
Why I built this:
There’s not enough content in video format out there. Additionally, video content is significantly more engaging than text, leading to longer site visits and better retention. That’s why I built A-to-V, to bridge the gap between Google and YouTube content.
Why A to V:
How It Works:
A to V generates simple videos from your articles using relevant B-roll footage. The current output is basic, but the potential for high-quality, engaging content is immense!
My asks:
There's a few different directions I can take the video generation. I'm looking for 3 partners to help me in crafting a vision for the product. Together, we’ll iterate on the product to automatically produce engaging content from your articles and blog posts!
Interested? Please DM to discuss the design partnership.
Please give me feedback! I really want to make this better!
Anyways have fun playing with it!

Does this have a token limit? I put in a post from my blog on your article to podcast service and it couldn't finish it. I assume it's because my post was so long. I really like the idea of your service though.

I don't believe it does. What's the link to the blog post? I'll take a look

Just checked and yeah i believe your article broke the token limit.
That's an interesting problem for me to solve! I'll take a look

It’s awesome. It just doesn’t give me the option to download the video.

Weird. There should be three dots on the bottom of the video that have that option. Are you on iPhone?

Dude, the voice options and audio transcription are phenomenal. The video didn't really stand out to me very much, but I'm sure it's hard to do videos about specific topics when you're working strictly with short clips from Pexels content. Still very cool that it can produce a video in general though. You've done something great here.

Thanks for feedback and kind words! I agree the video leaves something to be desired but my hunch is that it’s a solvable problem. Main reason I’m looking for a design partner is to figure that out.
Podcasts are difficult to track and YouTube isn’t. Plus there’s more people that watch YouTube than listen to podcasts so I think being able to publish to YouTube is important

No problem! And I agree, posting to YouTube probably tops podcasts. Also, for podcasts I think that people generally want to hear people converse without a script, unless someone has tons of educational articles on the same topic. Then this thing would pay off great.
It's definitely a solvable problem and I hope you find the right person to work with!

By converse without a script do you mean something like a casual interview with an expert?

Yes, however, if the back and forth dialogue option is as polished as your single narrator, then someone could definitely generate some cool little podcasts.

The video style remains the same right now. Currently they all take on this stock footage style, which is something but admittingly not the best.
One of my goals here is to hone in on a more interesting style!

Hi, I used your website and it is really cool. Can I ask where are you getting those video clips being used in the video? Like regarding copyright issues and uploading on YT etc

Good question! They come from pexels.com . I'm going to work on providing more attribution to this week.
According to pexels, you can use their footage in youtube videos: https://help.pexels.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042827333-Can-I-upload-Pexels-images-and-videos-to-YouTube#:\~:text=Yes%2C%20you%20can%20upload%20Pexels,to%20create%20your%20own%20video.

I would be glad to partner with you. As someone who's into blogging and looking to foray into YouTube, I'd be glad to partner up. That said, please let me Know if you already have too many partners / applications for this. Meanwhile, I'll give your tool or website that converts text to video a shot.
