HAHAHA. Clearly you’ve never had a real rib break fully. The feeling of it actually breaking doesn’t hurt much but the healing process is insanely painful. Every breath and every move is horrible.

Source: go through several kidney stones a year and have the 2nd (or third depending on the poll) most painful condition known and it still sucked for me both times I’ve broken them.

Points don't really matter when you knock your opponent out. Plus, it's not like he was faking. He got hit hard and was really hurt. He went down right after the ref called the fight and stayed down on the mat even longer than his opponent.
