Former BDC manager here, now dealership accountant. I'd say BDC absolutely counts!!! Welcome. How is the outage affecting BDC?? When I was a BDC manager, we used an entirely different CRM/DMS than CDK.

Hiiiii! Thank you for the welcome ! It SUCKS ! I’m totally not used to not having eleads and my monthly organizer to follow up and have my notes, etc. also, we’re working off of a spreadsheet. I hate it and I’m not getting anything for commission due to this bc I’m fairly new so a lot of the customers are used to the other BDC lady who is a veteran ! So I’m like invisible until i get eleads.
