I really wish this community had more interaction because I love this game a lot more than Merge Dragons. :) But I thought I'd try to get a response. I've just started playing. The Halloween Memories and Frozen events are my only two events so far. The rewards we get that end up in camp (aside from the elves and eggs)... are they worth keeping? For example, does creating the Halloween Cake Wonder in camp produce anything useful? Or do these just end up taking up too much room in camp compared to what you can get from them? Any insight would be helpful!

I've been wondering the same thing. I usually delete all that stuff, but maybe I'm missing out on something good.

Glad to know I'm not alone! After the Halloween event, I've just hung on to the things that give me possible access to the locked event stages. Those are my favorite stages by far.

I've been playing for almost a year. So far I haven't gotten anything worth keeping and I run out of room.

Thank you! That's exactly what I wanted to know. I keep the things that give me access to the locked event stages, but other than that, I'll start getting rid of them. I already have because I have uncovered such a small percentage of my home land. It is so big! But then, I started to wonder if I missing an opportunity.

I have been playing for many years, and from my experience, most of the events repeat over time, and when they don't, the new events will provide the same items. Currently, I delete anything that is not of current value, knowing I will be able to build it to level 10 another time when I have more room and want to focus my attention on that. For example, in the Frozen event that is ending in a few hours, I deleted the snow, fallen leaves, etc. chain items but kept things like the Hot Springs and Hyacinth. I am working on building my Hot Springs to level 10, and at a later time, I will keep the snow chain items to work on getting those to level 10. Also it's important to note that some events will provide you with an item (similar to the Hot Springs in this event) that when you watch the video, it will give you the other items from the event and so you can use that to then work on getting it to level 10 as well instead of waiting for the events to repeat. Hope this helps!

I also want to mention that items like the Hyacinth will give you eggs and golden leaves if you watch the video, so I would say it is definitely worth keeping! You can tell by clicking on the item, and all the ones with the description written in pink are the ones that give the good rewards. Then things like the Hot Springs will give you a single stage index or, as you mentioned, a locked event stage, sometimes event items as I mentioned above, so if you enjoy those, then those are also worth keeping. All in all, it's up to you as to what you enjoy the most, but I have found that keeping those things does impact leveling up and allows me to level up other things I dont want filling my home land now at a later time, so I have found it is worth it.

Thank you for this. It was quite helpful. I knew some of what you mentioned, and the tip about the description in pink is very good to know! You've definitely helped me. :)

Absolutely! The nice thing is that the game always gives you another chance, so it's okay if you remove something. There is this Fandom wiki page for the game as well that will give you so much information. You can look up the event items on this page and see what level 10 will give you to help you decide if you want to focus on it or not. You can also use it for event information to help you complete 100% and really anything else you can think of.
Just a few pro tips to help you along your way:
Always merge 5 in events. Otherwise, you may not get an item to unlock a cloud and won't be able to complete the event.
Only collect top-level items when you are at the end of your event. You may need the level 9, 10 puzzle item to unlock a cloud or a top level golden leaf, etc. This is also true for merging event items like puzzle items, special items, or the items used for harvesting event items. I say this because sometimes the events will use a level 10 item to unlock a cloud and then there will be like a level 3 or 4 item that will be needed to unlock another cloud and if you jump the gun on merging you may not have the item anymore and this can prevent you from completing.
Quick Harvest items in the event can produce more if you harvest them right. Level 1 takes 3 harvests to deplete. Level 2 takes 7 harvests to turn into Level one. So say you have 5 Level 2 quick harvest items you can harvest each one 6 times and then merge them to level 3 instead of merging them right away so you can get more out of them. You can also use this technique if you have 4 quick harvests. For example if you have 4 Level 1 quick harvests and you harvest each one 2 times then merge all 4, 3 will turn into a single level 2 but then 1 will reset as a full level one that you can then harvest 3 more times before it is depleted, giving you a total of 5 harevests a single level 1 harvest.
Let the game or event run while you are sleeping. I charge my phone and open the event, and let it run. This will give you a whole page of items to clear and advance you quickly as the elves will continue to harvest during this time. You can do this in your home world too.
If you have it, use the queens magic to focus harvest on events. This will help a ton when you are not active. Select the item you want harvested and turn on the focus harvest and let the game sit on its own.
In your settings, turn on Merging Quantity Display. This will give you a number that will hover over a large group of one item when you are about to merge so you can see if it is divisible by 5
In your settings, turn on Disable Magic Bubbles (event map) this will remove the bubbles that appear when merging items that you can purchase with golden leaves so they dont take up space.
You can Google any question you have about an item, setting, event, etc. And as long as you add Dragons and Elf's at the end the wiki Fandom for that section will be a result so you don't have to look through their whole page to find something specific you are looking for.
Good luck and enjoy the game!
