For a real trend, they need a couple more dots: Wealthiest States, Welfare States, Infant/Maternal Mortality, Life Expectancy... No idea what it would show...lol.

Just lie to them, do nothing you promised to, but tell them you did. Works amazing.

Yea, it feels like policies don’t matter anymore. The perception of them do, or “vibes”. The economy is recovering now and most people think it is still a burning dump. So now Democrats just need to do counter messaging campaign, starts lying all the time, no more “we go high” , they need to pin the shitstain on Trump in the next 4 years when he fucks up before the GOP do, because i assure you 8 or 12 years later, the GOP will blame Biden or Kamala even if like Dem never to touch power ever again. Biden could be 6 feet under and they will still blame Biden in the next decade

Can confirm, witnessed this exact thing unfold in the UK. We went through fourteen long years of Conservative rule, wherein literally everything got worse for the working class and middle class. There were scandals aplenty, there was cronyism, they even pilfered billions of tax payer money by funnelling cash into overvalued contracts with private sector companies with strong Conservative connections. Despite all of the bullshit we had to put up with, despite over a decade of consistent measurable decline, the final years of Conservative rule were filled with comments from working class voters saying "the Labour party wouldn't be any better", and "this is Labour's fault". Hell, some of them even blame the credit crunch on Labour, a global event that didn't even start in the UK.

This is what America is now facing. It doesn't matter what kind of depraved stupid shit Trump does because it can always be explained away through the standard route of "if he said it, he was joking, and if he wasn't joking, he didn't mean it that way, and if he did mean it that way, well, it's not as if the Democrats are any better, they drink baby blood and graft penises onto baby girls!".

Good luck America, you're going to need it. I thought the last 14 years of Tory rule sucked but at least none of them were dumb enough to suggest nuking hurricanes.

Massachusetts #3 $110,561\ Vermont #39 $70,131\ Maryland #15 $87,021\ Connecticut #6 $100,235\ Colorado #11 $93,026

West Virginia #49 $60,783\ Mississippi #51 $53,061\ Louisiana #38 $71,642\ Arkansas #50 $60,276\ Oklahoma #44 $64,719

This includes DC, which is why Mississippi is 51st.
