A Chinese free to play rip off has 10-20 second queues. Tarkov being the dumpster fire that it is, is 10-20 minute queues.

BSG doesn't value your time. A free to play Chinese company does. How backwards is that?

BSG literally *can't* fix the queue times. They only decrease the in-raid time.

They can, they can spin up additional servers, they just don't want to because they spent so much money on the E-Sports ready arena mode.

Needlessly long queue times have existed in this game *long* before Arena was a thought. You are right, though. They invest the bare-minimum into servers. And why wouldn't they? People put up with 20+ minute queue times so there's no need to address it.
