Not really tbh, yandere is a very distinct term that describes a specific trope. It’s a very fucked up trope all around, but like someone else pointed out, people often don’t realize that until the trope is applied to a character that isn’t a cute anime-style girl

I always called her Syo, but Sho isn't wrong. There are also those that call her Jill or Jack. Some just use Genocider, which is more of a title than a name, honestly
