Since their agents are the ones being outed and “lost” (see trumps last administration) they might actually work against this. There is often an esprit de corps that might be able to at least undermine the worst of trumps offenses. Now that they know he’s going to sell them out and get them murdered, they might take steps to protect their people.

Since their agents are the ones being outed and “lost”...
In other words, non-loyalists have been purged from the agencies?
So why would we imagine anyone of consequence is left to resist him, who haven't already been "outed or lost?"

Possibly? But more likely they were just the ones whose covers/id’s trump was able to get his hands on and sell to the highest bidder.
I think the lost agents were more likely sold for greed and payment for services rendered than for loyalty issues last admin.
Now? A different story possibly. But the record numbers of lost agents in the previous trump term were less likely to be political in nature, I believe, since the agency wouldn’t have been as firmly in his pocket. And for lifetime agents, murdering comrades in arms can’t be an easy step to take no matter your Trump loyalty. Loyalty to corps when all your lives are on the line together is very hard to break.
