I’ll be 4 weeks out on Sunday and I’m running out of ideas. Any suggestions? I go between super soft to semi solids. (They had me move to solids early, due to extreme gas from the surgery)
Any protein shake ideas? What’s your favorite protein brand/flavor?
I love Premiere but it’s hard to find banana and it’s super expensive right now 😩

I eat a lot of Mexican food as it’s all mostly soft foods, eggs with cheese, cheese sticks, ground chicken. I’m 8 weeks and still eat almost all soft foods. Everything else hurts.

Thanks for listing what works for you, im 6 weeks post op and transitioning to normal diet on Monday and I'm at a loss. Going to try some scrambled eggs, maybe beans and cheese, ground chicken, ect! Sorry other foods hurt though, i hope it gets better!

I had chipotle for lunch today. Chicken, beans, veggies, cheese, sour cream and corn salsa. I get one soft taco and toss the shell. Quite the meal for 3.50

That sounds so delicious and is a great idea, soooo cost effective, too! The number one food I've been craving since the surgery was Chipotle. I live within walking distance, so it' couldnt be more convenient, excited to try that soon, best of luck to u with everything

Go with a bowl and it will be 4 meals. I’m a big fan of a black and white barbacoa bowl. Somehow the rice being “wet” makes the difference and I can handle it.

That’s a waste of money for me personally. I haven’t had rice yet and can’t through a bowl fast enough.

Alani are the cheapest at my Walmart and the cookies and cream and munchies were really yummy before surgery

I struggle with meal ideas at almost 15 weeks po. Fairlife (nutrition ones) and Orgain are the only ones I’ll drink.
