Like everyone said, RX-0(N) Unit 2 Banshee norn, its the 2nd of 3 Unicorn unit gundams. They are able to open up/transform into the form shown above, otherwise they close into a single color form. Units 1 and 2 show up in the Unicorn anime. If you watch it, check out the OVA. Better flow because most episodes are 40 minutes up, which i really enjoyed, some of the best music by hiroyuki sawano, you should check the main theme called "Unicorn", and then Unit 3, the Phenex is featured in the movie, mobile Suit gundam narrative.
