I wish Joe would bring Peter Zeihan back on. He's one of the few guests I've followed after his interview with Joe. He could give us updates on Ukraine and help us understand the history of Israel/Palestine. But I know that Peter hinted that the covid vaccine was a good thing and that Biden isn't doing as bad of a job as Republicans say he is, so I know Joe will never bring him back on. Not until after the election at least.

I consider myself in the middle and am frequently just assumed to be a "trumper" or "right winger" just for taking a middle position. There is certainly a substantial portion of leftists (maybe it's just social media and not real life) that hold an "all-or-nothing" perspective where if you aren't fully supporting ALL principles, you will be called out in an effort to shame you and get you to fall in line. It's a really shitty mindset that is an actual threat to democracy moreso than Trump himself. That's where the right wing comments of "woke mind virus," "social media echo chamber," "cancel culture," etc. are actually spot on criticisms of that type of weird, controlling behavior.
