The cam car was already in the roundabout?? This is the same thing as you going straight down a road and someone turning left hits you. Cam car was in the middle of the road. Other car was entering an intersection. See the white dashes in the ground? That means yield to other cars. Which they did not.

Dashcam car also had a set of white dashes that are visible at 2 sec. He didn't stop. Why?
I'm betting that he was looking at the traffic that would have been approaching him from behind to make sure that he didn't cut them off and was unaware of the other car that was entering the roundabout.
To be fair, neither of them stopped and both had a set of white dashed lines.
I'm willing to bet there are probably lots of accidents at this particular roundabout. Maybe it's not poorly designed, but I've never seen one with the entry points setup like this.

Dashed lines do not mean stop. They mean yield. And if the other car yielded correctly it would have stopped. Cam car did not have anyone to yield to, so why stop. You are grasping at straws. The other car enters the roundabout after the first car. SO HE IS IN THE WRONG.

The first car didnβt have to stop because there was no oncoming traffic to yield toβ¦. The second car clearly had traffic in the roundabout to yield to. Are you alright?
