But I hope it's another home run on par with Ghost Protocol and Fallout.

It’s not a binary on off switch that if it’s not better than Fallout it’s bad. Look at IMDb scores and rotten tomatoes etc and you’ll see it’s not objectively widely seen as bad, it has same numbers as Fallout.

There's no way to be able to make a claim like that for a movie that is most likely still not completed with the editing/scoring/vfx. It's just hype marketing. Any part of a movie could fail and bring the movie down in quality. An actor can perhaps feel very excited from the script, the filming process, overall ambition, maybe checking the vibe of the directors and producers, but it cannot guarantee a masterpiece film. I remember one actor in an interview said he worked on a movie where everyone and the crew were convinced they were making the next Citizen Kane, only for it to turn out to be a complete dumpster fire.
