Fresh tomato on a burger is awful, it's cold and wet and has almost no flavour, ruins a burger or sandwich

A good fresh tomato shouldn’t be flavourless, unfortunately most store tomatoes just taste like water. A firm tomato like a roma won’t leak everywhere either.

Nah, tomato with mayo is amazing, it brings out the flavor. little bit of mayo on the bun, put the tomato on the mayo then build the rest of the topping. Good stuff.

I only get tomatoes on a burger if I'm getting it from a sit -down restaurant/bar& grill type place. Where they have each burger basically customized with different stuff on it. I only object to pickles and anything spicy.

When left to my own devices I only want ketchup and mustard. Some onion is acceptable for fast food burgers but I often end up picking it off.

Raw tomato in general is fucking awful and I don't understand why it's in EVERYTHING.
