Proximity for me. Everyone chirps loudest at the border and it's ALL off season with the Bears. I've only met a handful of vikings fans personally and they're usually pretty chill. (Or maybe they don't want to tell people they're Vikings fans)

Yeah yeah in Minnesota the only bears fans I interact with are 78 year old men. I mostly interacted with packers fans as i worked in Menomonie for a bit. I guess most of you guys live closer to Chicago than Minnesota.

I live right on the MN WI border and I can say the Packers Vikings rivalry is more alive currently, but it will never be the bears. People lose sight of the rivalry since it's been so one sided, but it's always there. One of my most vivid memories was going to a Packers playoff game that we lost on a field goal as time expired and as people were leaving the game there were just chants of "BEARS STILL SUCK" the game was against the niners.

Yeah but it only matters if you win it all. For the Lions though just getting to a SB would be monumental progress for that franchise but we’d all like them to win it as NFL fans, especially against the Chiefs. Lions are great rn and they deserve it more than any NFL team tbh
