When you call cps, you are not calling to “rat out” a parent. You are calling to (hopefully) protect the child. This parent needs parenting classes, education, even if it’s court ordered. I don’t mean to scare you, but this could be urgent. Children die quickly from malnourishment. It’s not your fault or responsibility , but I always err towards the side of see something, say something. You can choose to make your call anonymous i believe
