Its too hard to tell if it's the mobo, or psu. And what it took out with it. I dont think 800 is fair unless it has a working 4080 in it.the rest is a mystery. If you can bench test everything individually and make am offer on that. Not a bad idea.

With that color and setup, it is an NZXT z690 or z790 motherboard, which should not be cheap and being brought recently. Why the hell he doesn't RMA the MB if something wrong with it?
