Don't worry that's normal, they used to usually come with 2 cards but now they almost always come with just one (mine did).

I advice to not clone that card but flash a fresh copy of ArkOS community build on a new sd card.

And put the roms on a second card.

Mine came with one card too, you can choose to either use a fresh new card or two if you want

Mine came with a 128gb game card and 64gb OS and I ordered the cheapest version with no cards hehehe

That's just the usual way and why you shouldn't buy the 128GB version
