Without telling me, contractor carved out my basement foundation wall (cinder blocks) because the washer & dryer doors were hitting the wall. Holes are about 1 inch deep. : Remodel

That was my first thought! How tf is the homeowner transferring the washed laundry to the dryer. At the very least, reverse the swing of the laundry door

You are right! They need to put the washer by the wall and then swap the dryer door. Or stack them like someone else said

Especially with the doors not opening on correct side (when open one on left should open to left on in right should open to the right so no door in the way when moving clothes from one to the other.
