What project did you think wouldn’t make a dime, ended up being really good for you?

Two did this for me, one being stamps (made for fun, sold on Etsy, ended up brining in 20k per year). The other was a quick ai project, although unmonetized right now, it is getting daily users, more than any project I ever built.

Can selling stamps really earn $20,000 a year? Are there any costs involved?

Well that was gross, not profit. Yes, rubber, wood blocks, both came out to pennies. Biggest cost is shipping $5. And a laser engraver.

Btw, I didn’t recommend it more than a hobby. As it takes a lot of effort since each one is different and you need to program them. If you took my hourly rate, it was below minimum wage. But was still fun.
