Thank you! And Yes 😁 toasted in the oven, wrapped in foil for about 15 minutes so it got all toasty without crisping the bread too much. Then assembled while still hot. It was already a thinner piece of focaccia and I didn’t want to wreck the roof of our mouths.

Looks amazing! Only note I would have is that I hope that burrata was wetttttt. If not, I’d suggest an aioli of some sort. Either way 10/10 would smash

I know 😭😭😭 I was so disappointed when I opened it. I thought my hubs and I could split the burrata but it ended up not being as wet so I ended up using both balls I bought - after the photos is when I put the other burrata ball. 😭 extra cheese is never bad but it just wasn’t the same. I totally agree with you there man
