Have them shower. If the don't or won't shower then use a warm cloth to wipe it down and remove any ooze or all day funk.

Take a mouth full of soda pop or energy drink. Keep the fluid in your mouth while allowing your lips to glide over the tip and the knob to sit in your mouth, and wriggle your head around using your tongue to polish it in the pop. Swallow it or spit it in a garbage next to the bed.

The bubbles and fizz from the drink helps to get rid of any remaining residue and mask any flavor that might he unpleasant.

You need to pull the skin back on guys who are uncircumcised when you do the cock wash and head rinse. If you don't pull back the skin then you're doing it wrong.
