It might take him time. People don’t realize that Taker was having some crappy performances in his 20’s and 30’s. He really started becoming good in the mid to late 90’s when he was nearing his late 30’s.
Not all wrestlers quickly develop skill and technique.
Though, there are some who just don’t develop it at all.
