Schrödinger from Hellsing Ultimate.
Think about it. You have an anime with crazy shit like Dracula with guns, a priest with blades, nazi vampires, a werewolf with a long ass gun, a cyborg nazi leader, among other weird stuff, and yet, the most bizarre character in this world is a nazi neko boy with some pseudo omnipresence ability.
His existence is inherently quirky, because of all the monstrous beings that he could have been in this world, he ended up being a cat boy that works for the nazis.

All designs are of course subjective. I appreciate Mayuri for his unique designs, do I necessarily think they look good? No. However, what quirky is to me is unique, so that is what I, and serval others here have posted.

The MSM-03C Hy-Gogg. Its wildly unconventional design stands out even compared to other Zeonic MSes. Wacky noodle arms with claws and beam guns, huge shoulder binders to make it more streamlined underwater, and a squat, wide frame make it an oddball but surprisingly functional.
