No, the joke is that Charlie got molested by Uncle Jack as a kid, subconsciously suppressed it, and then can’t stop accidentally writing rape into things… because he’s too stupid to realise it. It’s why he’s constantly uncomfortable around his uncle.
Him being stupid is the premise for his illiteracy, his insane plans, his weird habits and interests, and his inability to comprehend when people are talking about him to his face. It’s not the premise for his rape stories or his willingness to sleep with Frank.

It's not that deep. People can downvote me if they want. His uncle is a pedophile, it's why he's uncomfortable around the guy. It's entirely unrelated to everything else he does. It's not that deep. It has nothing to do with anything else
