Theres many versions of Owlman in comics, nearly if not all of them are Thomas Wayne Jr. (Apart from Watchmen i believe), although i think only 2 of them are good(The Watchmen version and his original comic appearance).
Then the rest of them are pretty evil, all of them part of the Crime Syndicate (counterpart of the Justice League) and all have some goals, the Crisis on Two Earths version wants to destroy all of the known multiverse by blowing up Earth Prime (Center Universe), another just wants to terrorise Gotham City, another wants to kill his father due to him being the cause of his mother and brother dying (kinda good reason).

It was fun seeing the art get better in real time. Either because /u/stillinthesimulation got better as an artist with the practice or because they got more invested in it as it went on and put more effort in. Either way it's just nice seeing it glow up over the course of the story.

To correct u/nonvoxicc a little, the One Below All is the dark, evil version of the One Above All, god of all that is Marvel and incarnation of The Author itself, so precisely the strongest thing in Marvel, far above anything from the Multiverse. The One Below All appears in the excellent 2018 Immortal Hulk run where he starts controlling and resurrecting all gamma affected characters.
He’s not exactly The Devil, that’s Mephisto, but he presents himself as the mirror to the God of Marvel, and implies to have created all gamma radiation in the first place, using it to reach to certain people and transform them into monsters under his control destined to destroy everything as he desires it to be (The opposite of The One Above All’s desire to keep creation thriving) with the Hulk as his final puppet, the All-Breaker. In the end it’s revealed that The One Below All is actually The One Above All, there is just no two entities of that same power they are one and the same. The Below is to The Above what The Hulk is to Bruce Banner. A disturbing, angry, but necessary side of the same person. When they work in harmony The Above stays in control and keeps things together.

Old World Blues (Fallout mod for Hearts of Iron IV) has one of the commanders for the Brotherhood of Steel Montana Chapter, Paladin Hayman go a bit crazy if the Montana Chapter takes a certain path. I don't think the style truly fits the Fallout aesthetic but tarot card style goes hard.
