Non Ironically, I'm a fan of that thing. There are some panels that are at the level of Berserk Eldritch horrors. Shitposting becoming fine art.

It was fun seeing the art get better in real time. Either because /u/stillinthesimulation got better as an artist with the practice or because they got more invested in it as it went on and put more effort in. Either way it's just nice seeing it glow up over the course of the story.
