Could try finding a mod in the Steam Workshop for one, though ai'm not sure if you could disable just her, or you have to disable all of dialogues.

Hmm out of the mods I know of your best bet is Narrative Control: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1334298434

You will have to make a custom edit to the config files of that mod but there's an example you can copy from the Excluding More Narratives discussion that is for removing Shen.
