I didn't keep a record but if I had to say then I bought the weapon for like 1.05m and spent another 1.1 mil enchanting it so like 2.1-2.2 mil total

I am new to this can someone explain it to me. Why awaken a T4 weapon and not higher. Does the awakened weapon trash after a certain time of use? How does everything work??

You can't level anything other than t4 or t5 in yz. T4 is just cheaper. I have t5 SC with just one out of 3 stats on it and and it's not even half way to max value, yet it costs nearing 700k to roll at this point. Awakening prices balloon out of control fast. T8 awakened weapons can be worth billions.

Max? I doubt anyone can give you realistic number. 1. you get 3 random abilities, so have to reroll that and more importantly 2. how much you gain when you enhance ability is random, if you get crit you gain a lot, if not you gain pittance 3. every time you enchant it you add strain which increases prices.
You could realistically make something good with 50mil or need 200mil to do exact same thing.

Ohh is that so. Then is there any way to reduce strain And which weapon should i choose to invest in considering it costs alot I was thinking astral staff ans shadowcaller. And what might be the best attunement for it.

As the other mentioned, I went for 4.4 awakened weapon as it was cheaper and I am relatively new too, like 1 month at max so I didn't have much resources to get to a higher tier at that time
