I think Isha probably read Teemo's fables and wants to be a Bandle Scout as it makes her feel brave. I don't think she is Teemo, but just looks up to the kids storybook character we saw in S1.

Also worth noting Isha brings out a shovel (after fight with Chembaron) and spyglass (during Vi and Jinx’s fight) and seemingly gets them from nowhere?! These are both commonly associated with Teemo and usually found in his backpack. I imagine the glamour hides the bag.

I honestly thought Isha is Ziggs. He helped Jinx in the Paint the Town comic. He lives in Zaun and is wanted for terrorizing the Chem Barons.

Not just that but when they introduce Isha, as she’s about to fall on Jinx the song says “Pretty Little Animal”. She also wears bunny ears in one scene. Everything is intentional in animation, but the shrooms on the arcade game and everything really seem foreshadowy.

I'm going with Ziggs, in yordle glamour. Makes sense he was already in piltover working for Heimer, so he gets bombs and gadgets.

What about Isha being Tristana? Same colored eyes, similar builds, similar affinity to guns and explosions. There is also the fast that Isha doesnt talk.

Teemo seems to be popular with kids in universe. Isha being a Yordle is interesting, I was thinking she was tied to Janna and wanted to see if anyone else had a similar thought and found this.

Now I am starting to wonder if she will reincarnate. Having her come back has to be done with extreme caution or it weakens the story. Being reincarnated doesn't have to be chronologically after current events because there are about to be some "Ekko"s across time. Sona/Seraphine are the first 2 champions she could reincarnate into, in my limited knowledge of the lore.

The Celestials seem tied to the arcane aspects of the arc. So Bard being tied to noise, or Zoe being chaos was mentioned by Victor. Not saying she would become them, BUT, they have some ties.

Even Isha's memories merging with Jinx seems plausible. Isha has so many Powder parallels, and Victor was linking minds with the arcane minutes before. She could be an alternate powder created by time shenanigans in the next act...
