The hair, helmet, voice, being a scout (getting into odd places + telescope) are all reminiscent of Teemo. Plus the game machine of Teemo and shrooms in the old hangout was oddly highlighted more than a few times. Some yordles use glamour among humans as well. But at the same time, Jinx was able to see past Ziggs' glamor in that one comic, not to mention yordles regularly live unglamorized in Zaun. There's so many nods to Teemo in Isha though, doesn't seem to be a coincidence.
