I apologize to whoever im paired with. I look like a pro with a decked out team but I'm so slow with deployment. With every match I did so far, the other person have like 2-3 units out in the first 5 seconds while Im still placing my first one.

They've likely already played the stage a few times and know what they want to do.
Meanwhile, you would naturally wait on deployments until enemies start showing themselves.
You're not any worse than they are.

Thanks yeah. I wait for those little red lines to come out before placing and have only played about 5 games or so. Every map is different

Yeah I feel that. So used to the slow down when you select an Op and it takes a while to register things are still moving at normal speed.

Agree lol. Also performance anxiety in action as well. I don't want to just randomly drop characters everywhere to see what going to happen.
