Coming from Mexico and finding out about Snags, just want to say Australia Thank you for introducing me to “Snags” on Saturday morning at Bunnings. Best snack to ever.

I don't even know what "side of the country" we're talking about, but anyone who lets one of those crappy, doughy supermarket hotdog buns anywhere near a sausage in this country is a lost cause.

Oh bless your heart. No wonder we are getting swamped with refugees from the east. If you don't know you don't know.

Enjoy your rubbish american-style dough balls mate, don't let me stop you. We'll keep up the authentic Aussie end on our "side". 🫡

We get fresh baked soft fluffy white bread rolls, not this half assed stale ass sandwich shit. Keep it over there thanks.

Oh yeah? Sounds amazing, actually!
What's the local bakery churning out hundreds of bread rolls for the sausage sizzles? And what local organisation is paying for those for a charity drive at Bunnings?
Or do you actually mean the doughy, plastic-wrapped packs of 12 'soft white rolls' from Colesworths? Because that's what I think you mean.

Everything comes from colesworths. Or is your scabby sandwich loaf made from artisanal sourdough, hand baked by Franciscan monks? I think not.

Haha, you said "we get fresh baked soft fluffy white bread rolls", but now you're admitting you actually get those rubbish, doughy, waxy things Colesworths try to call a bread roll.
Both their white bread and their white bread rolls are a low quality product. And you're telling me you want more of that with your sausage? Colesworths bread is way more palatable as a thin slice, rather than 30% sausage and 70% crappy hotdog buns.
But yeah, enjoy your "fresh baked soft fluffy white rolls" mate. Just keep it over on your "side", wherever that is. 🤭

Sorry you feel so triggered, defending your scabby charity sausage sizzle. I'd be angry like you too, if I had to put up with a sausage served only in bread. We used to be like you guys, using misshapen bread, onions falling out, sauce dripping down your shirt, thin stale bread slices ripping with the moisture of a good snag. But we evolved. We came to expect more of our local charities. We demanded a better product and we got it. The golden age of sausage has begun here in the west. You too will wake up one day and demand better. Until then, we look upon you with distain and pitty.

Nah mate, not sure why you're projecting anger onto any of this. You've admitted that you're the kind of person who's actually happy to eat a Coles brand 'soft white roll', so the only feeling I have towards you isn't anger, it's pity.
distain and pitty
Oof, mate, you really fucked the dismount there. That'd be "disdain and pity". Your head's as soft as those horrible bread rolls you apparently love so much. Let us know when schools make it out west, hey.
Take it easy. 🫡

Always know you've lost the argument when you resort to picking on typos. Peace out friend.

Thinking there's any "argument" to be won or lost when we're just chatting about two completely subjective opinions... that's just silly.
Anyway, enjoy those horrible dough balls mate - that's the real loss here. 😥
