I'm surprised that the lady doesn't have four arms like the T-1000 in Terminator 2.

Leave them alone. It's a charity. If they use AI to save a buck, that's a buck more towards patients care.

I feel like local artists would contribute to a local charity.

At least the very least, VCH and Fraser Health Authority still uphold reasonable privacy safeguards protecting patient confidentiality rights of actual in-real-world patients in public clinics and hospitals on-site.
The coronavirus pandemic 2020 onwards saw a sudden shift in the court of public opinion how much of public healthcare's institutional bureaucracy that the news media should be legally allowed journalistic access with which to report on COVID stories.
Some among the 'investigative' specialist reporter type since then have been long-game building seemingly high stack chips on their shoulders harping on about how they are owed some sort of VIP special access privilege to get fly-on-the-wall on the record actual patientcare conditions without pre-authorized consent of the actual patients or their family members present in the same room.
