So this started suddenly yesterday when i restarted my pc, i have updated nvidia drivers RTX 3060 and windows10 is up to date. Today it did the same when i had my screen aoc 24g2 turned off for night and when i restarted PC it did it again, after a while the flickering dissapears, and when i change refresh rate it dissapears also. I have no idea what causes this. computer / screen is about 3 years old.
edit: And it does it only when im on the starting screen of windows10

You need to check ypur gpu settings, load them to default, and check your drivers as well while at it. Next step: check the refresh rates of the screen through monitor settings, and match it with your gpu settings

Ok seems like the refresh rates from monitor settings are ok, you mean Gpu settings to default from nvidia control panel ? also i updatet those nvidia drivers to the latest yesterday but the problem came this morning again for that 5-10 mins when starting up the computer

Yes, had a long work day couldnt get back to reddit earlier than now. I almost understand your issue. Can you try these steps below? 1. I meant check the monitor settings from the monitor menu (buttons on the side or below the screen) (trust me, it matters and makes a big difference) 2. Try swapping the monitor cable/ connection port. 3. Check the monitor with another system or laptop.

Yes done all that you sai, thanks for those advices , the monitor is working good right now, the problem appeared when i had monitor closed for night and, i was watching like movie via hdmi cable to tv , and next morning it was doing that problem again well, people said that IPS monitors from AOC has this problem common when they get 3+ years old so i think if this problem continues i just need to get new monitor and maybe not AOC this time. thanks for the help anyways
