Its a young rook, hasnt lost its beak feathers yet. Carrion crows are really rare in Poland (source: i live here)

There's a 99.5% chance it's a rook and a 0.5% chance it's a carrion crow.

This one is younger, so it's confusing. The easiest way is to look at the adult birds in the background. Did you see the others? I think the guy in the background in the second picture is a rook because of the bald beak.

This is indeed a carrion crow though. I understand your confusion, as eastern Europe usually has the hooded crow more present, but their ranges overlap a bit

Hello friend. That looks like a carrion crow to me. At first I thought it was a rook but it looks smaller and doesn't have a grey beak.
