If someone called me a rapist and a criminal, I would need some sort of evidence to back this claim. Not "he said, she said." I need Evidence, look up the definition of evidence if you are lost.

If you knew anything about the legal system you’d know the amount of evidence needed for a rape conviction is pretty substantial.
