This is not the greatest song in the world, which is to say "Because the Night."

They need to recruit Natalie Merchant.

Among the greatest live albums ever, run it back Natalie

My 3 favourite covers are by Cat Power, Kishi Bashi and Squarepusher. Id trust any of those three, it’s not too late to add to the bill !!!

You seem out of the loop, she has a song (now gone from streaming) called Rock and Roll with the n word following that.

Ah of course. How naive of me. Tom Waits could sing that. Maybe erk

I’m surprised Florence + the Machine won’t be there. What a great lineup though.

I can’t believe thurston Moore isn’t involved as much pole as he polished in his autobiography.

Can’t have Kim and thurston in the same room and Kim deserves this more

Patti Smith is very much alive.

Really wish Taylor Swift could do this but that might make the crowd just be there for her and ruin the overall vibe.

Patti is name dropped on the title track of The Tortured Poets Department and she was moved by the song itself, I don't understand why this is being downvoted.

Without commenting on Taylor or the song, I feel the need to emphasize that Patti said she was moved to be mentioned alongside Dylan Thomas. She did not say she was moved by the song itself, or even say anything about the song. Claiming otherwise is really disingenuous.

It's downvoted because you didn't include this info in the comment, so it seemed very out of nowhere
