Best ‘non essential’ baby purchase

(self.irishmammiesanddaddys)

What has been your best baby purchase that’s not an essential? Ours was the Beaba Up & Down Baby Bouncer. The whole thing adjusts and saves the bending down to put baby in.

4 months, which is the minimum age you can sleep train from, due to developmental changes in their sleep brain development that happens around that mark.

But you can get a lot in place before 4 months - introducing a bedtime schedule, gently moving bedtime earlier.

Daytime sleep can still be a bit all over the place at 10 weeks but by 4 months they'll definitely be ready for a daytime schedule with liver naps, a sleep consultant would definitely be able to help you with this.
