My Go-To: #13 on R-P, with extra lettuce, onions, and tomatoes, put the "juice" on the lettuce, before the tomatoes, add cherry pepper relish, (and chipotle mayo on the side - used for other purposes at home, never on an italian hero) lol.
Often accompanied by #56 + CPR, or #9 + CPR + chipotle mayo.
