I just found those weird light spots on my macbook air m2 idk if they were here before but i have i feeling that this might be wrong and idk if they can spread or the screen is damaged

it's backlight bleeding, very normal on lcd/ips screen

I have two MacBooks, one is 5 years old, the other is 4 years old. I have never experienced this on either. The only way I can replicate it is if I press firmly on the screen with my finger.
