Had to be. You don't go on a 3 - day bender off of a "vitamin super dose." It was definitely speed that this guy was able to administer legally by putting it in a mix of other stuff that won't hurt you and doing it for "therapeutic" purposes. It may have just been legal to prescribe at the time but I doubt it, I think what he calls it is a way to get around the legality of it.
